"It is not for nothing that our language coined this term.
When I was one year old, my mother died of cancer. Panic, drama, powerlessness and fear can be felt even by very young children and trigger so much.
The dramatic traces of my mother's death and her absence accompanied me through my early childhood, youth and adolescence.
Growing up without a mother meant that I had to learn to navigate the world differently. I often felt insecure and, above all, alone. Loneliness and a vague longing for security made me question my life again and again. In order to survive, I decided to fight.
I accepted my fate and no longer wanted to be a victim of this situation.
The decisive factor was the belief and vision that my life could take a positive turn. That one day I would live a fulfilled and happy life.
The loss of my mother was the beginning of my story, the beginning of my journey that made me the woman I am today.
I learned to draw strength from difficult feelings and allow positive things to emerge. It wasn't always easy and it wasn't a straightforward path, but today I see myself as a woman who shines - not despite, but because of the challenges I have faced. I have found the strength to shape my own life, regardless of circumstances.
I share my story to encourage you to get through your losses and challenges and create a fulfilling life.
It is possible to lead a life full of balance, strength and love.
I will be happy to support you.
