We humans are constantly thinking compared to many other creatures. Keynote speaker and top coach Denys Scharnweber is therefore convinced: "The animals of this world want to remind us what it means to be free. They show us every day what it means to live love. And love has aspects. These include unconditionality, purposelessness, charity, truthfulness, humility, joy, surrender and forgiveness."
When you are loved unconditionally and without intention, you don't have to do anything for that love, you can just be. So life is actually quite simple. Unfortunately, though, we humans learn that we have to do this and that and that first. Denys Scharnweber: "But is that the reality? Where does that leave you? I don't let other people tell me what to do anymore."
The truth is that there is no concept for your best life. Because any concept you create remains a concept. Denys Scharnweber: "The moment you are in concept, you are in a construct. But the only construct that doesn't exist and doesn't work is love. People want to capture love and say, 'I want to be loved a certain way.' But that is not unconditional and unintentional."
You can create as many concepts as you like. You are only happy when you accept yourself completely again - in your whole being and in all that you are. Because you are unique, wonderful, great and just right. Denys Scharnweber: "There is nothing to do. Sometimes you see things and people, but you're not in touch with them." What helps? Be there, be in the moment! You can only communicate with people on a deep level when you get in touch with them.
You make some result clear in this life with everything you do. The only question is whether that outcome makes your heart narrow or whether it widens your heart. Denys Scharnweber: "If you don't know what you want, just ask your heart. Get in touch with yourself. Then you'll get the information you need to see. For that you have to live an aspect of love. It's called truthfulness."
Living truthfulness is not that easy. It is even as difficult as living humility or devotion. Denys Scharnweber: "Be water, my friend. If you are like water, you can be one thing and another. And we humans are always one thing and another."
So there is so much to do and yet so little at the same time. Denys Scharnweber: "You just have to get into your heart and your heart will tell you what's just right for you. Get in touch!" Moreover, the personal development professional believes that perception obliges action: "If you feel a feeling, don't ignore it. We all have a story."
You do not have to be much better today than yesterday. But you can always learn; bit by bit and a little bit more every day. Denys Scharnweber: "You don't have to do much to be successful. I think it's only the people who have to work extremely hard for their success who think they have to. Be mindful of what you let into your system. Don't let everything in. Everything that others say doesn't have to be true."
When other people install beliefs in you, you do not know if they are true. Therefore, check them with your heart! Not with your mind or your emotion, but with your heart. Denys Scharnweber: "What most people don't know is very, very simple: when you come into the world, you get a body. That body has emotions through which it can express itself. You can enjoy life every day. And you can do it without having much money or success. We can take everything if we look." We humans have been given everything: Body, mind, and soul. We have all the emotions we need to express ourselves in this world.
Our heart is the compass. Use this compass! Denys Scharnweber: "The aspects of love hold you in the compass. When you live the aspects of love, everything will come, because then a millennia-old philosophy is at work. And that says, 'Love and live me. I am just always there. Out of me comes the universe, out of me comes everything. The only thing I want to do is be there for you and serve you.' Follow the compass of your heart!"
Surely you know the flow state? Denys Scharnweber knows how to achieve it - with less wanting. He says, "Through wanting, control, and fixity, you create an over-tension and will not be in the keynote. Love, however, has that keynote, which is why children can learn anything. Things are actually very simple; we can learn them, bit by bit. Even your pain can go and heal - just by being in touch with yourself and others."
We can change so much. And the time to stand up is now! Denys Scharnweber: "It's time now to start a personality revolution. To come back to your heart. To look into people and into nature. To be for nature, animals and the world. To do something great together. It's time! It's your time right now. I believe in you."
