Is training to become a Greator personality coach really worth it? After all, I have to invest quite a bit of time and money ...

We are asked this question more often than any other. And our answer is always the same: It will be one of the best investments of your life!

How much time should I invest per week?

We recommend that you set aside approx. 3 hours per week to work through the content thoroughly. In addition, live sessions (approx. 75 minutes) will take place every 2 weeks with your trainers Debora Karsch or Nathalie Sonntag.

How long does it take before I can apply the 4-color model (DISG) in my everyday professional life?

You will use the DISG model again and again during the training and apply it practically in practice sessions until you feel really confident.

In the course of the training you will learn to apply the coaching methods under a wide variety of conditions and on a wide variety of people types and to integrate them into your work.

You'll probably be able to apply the first techniques to your everyday life after just a few weeks, and you'll definitely master active coaching by the time you graduate.

I'm not sure what my own behavior patterns are. Will I also learn that in the training?

Yes, as part of the Greator Personality Coach training you will not only learn how to recognize the different behavioral patterns of the DISG model in others, but also how to identify and understand your own behavioral patterns.
