    Is training to become a Greator personality coach really worthwhile?
    After all, I have to invest a lot of time and money.

    How much time should I invest per week?

    How long does it take before I can apply the 4-color personality model (DISG) in my everyday work?

    As part of the training, you will use the 4-color personality model (DISG) again and again and apply it practically in practice sessions until you feel really confident.
    In the course of the training you will learn to apply the coaching methods under a wide variety of conditions and on a wide variety of people types and to integrate them into your work.
    You'll probably be able to apply the first techniques to your everyday life after just a few weeks, and you'll definitely master active coaching by the time you graduate.
    After graduating, you will be officially licensed to use the 4-color personality model (DISG) in your coaching sessions - for example, if you work as an external consultant.
