Jens Echterling strengthens GEDANKENtanken

The Cologne-based training start-up is expanding its management team. As Chief Product Officer (CPO), the former Managing Director of the FOCUS Online Group and NetMoms founder Jens Echterling is now part of the management team.

Cologne, September 25, 2019 - GEDANKENtanken is expanding its exceptional position among training and coaching providers. For the further development of innovative e-learning technologies, the Cologne-based company, which in April was honored with a Germany appearance by former U.S. president Barack Obama in the sold-out Lanxess Arena in Cologne made headlines, now the founder, product and marketing specialist Jens Echterling on board. With the newly created position, the qualified business economist is also a member of the Executive Board as Chief Product Officer (CPO).

After graduating from WHU, Jens Echterling began his career at McKinsey, then founded the online portal NetMoms with partners, until he was appointed as a Managing Director at the FOCUS Online Group. Subsequently, since 2017, Echterling has been a member of the management team of the digital consultancy dgroup, a subsidiary of Accenture, most recently as Managing Director.
