Dr. Ruediger Dahlke 2/2: "Illnesses are an expression of your soul!"

As a medical doctor, author and psychotherapist, Dr. Ruediger Dahlke knows the most common causes of death in industrialized nations: These include cardiovascular disease, cancer, medical malpractice and the side effects of medications. He explains: "Cancer, for example, is about negative growth - and that is the opposite pole to beautiful growth. That's polarity, one of the laws of fate. There's always a light side and a dark side."

When it comes to growth, we are clearly more on the dark side, according to the expert: "We should grow throughout our lives. But many of us only grow on the outside. Everything is getting bigger, industry and technology are advancing and we live in an innovative world. But the soul is not coming along and we have too little growth in consciousness. Everything we can't get our act together in consciousness sinks to the body stage, where it shows us what it's really all about."

Ruediger Dahlke about Challenges and opportunities

Illnesses are an expression of the soul. But how can it be explained that even small children become ill? Dr. Ruediger Dahlke: "When we are in this world, we play the cosmic game and learn. We are all on a path. I would leave the question of guilt completely out of it. I prefer to speak of responsibility. We are given challenges and we either allow ourselves to be promoted or boycott them. If we allow ourselves to be promoted, then we grow."

Dr. Ruediger Dahlke's daughter was born with Down syndrome. He reports: "At first we were shocked and very concerned. But in the meantime Naomi is our luck and an unbelievable treasure for us. She lives only emotions and feelings. She has brought her own tasks. For example, Naomi brings little intellect, but a lot of feelings. She is 26 years old and I could no longer say that my daughter is sick. She is just completely different and has its own task. A disabled child Is equally a task for us, but at the same time an opportunity to learn."

Ruediger Dahlke about vegan nutrition and peace food

Dr. Ruediger Dahlke has been eating a vegan diet for many years and coined the term "peace food". He reveals: "Food is not the focus of my life. I believe there are more important things in life. Food is important and can support us immensely, as can exercise. But it's not the center of life. I myself have been eating a vegetarian diet for over 50 years. Later I decided to go completely vegan for animal ethical, environmental and humanitarian reasons.

Excessive meat consumption is also extremely harmful to health. Red meat causes cancer - even the World Health Organization now says so. Animal proteins, especially dairy products, are dangerous. Dairy products are ideal for calves and contain growth factors. This makes our cells divide faster. When adult humans now consume dairy products, this also produces rapid cell growth as well as preventing the elimination of broken cells. This is a classic cancer program. Dairy products promote cancer - this is provable and demonstrable.

Challenges as opportunities

Dr. Ruediger Dahlke lives in a polar, spiritual world. But even for him there are still challenges. Meditating daily helps him stay with himself. Also through writing he connects with his energies and stays mindful and relaxed. He views life crises as a new opportunity for personal growth and healing. He refers to crises as "teaching fate."

Dr. Ruediger Dahlke can also handle criticism and skepticism well. He is not a fan of one-sidedness, but places a lot of value on balance. He sees it as his task to restore a balance: "That is not so easy, but necessary to achieve a to have a full life. We need an interplay, a symphony. I connect the microcosm with the macrocosm and have a tendency to interfere everywhere." So it won't be boring with Dr. Ruediger Dahlke in the years to come.
