My life began with a challenging childhood in which my brother died much too early & social decline followed with my parents' divorce, as well as my mother's alcoholism. I experienced discrimination based on my background & at some point began to define myself by performance. After a messy divorce, more crises & strokes of fate followed. For a long time I felt like a victim of my circumstances.<\/p>\n
Fortunately, at some point I realized & understood - that my imprinting from my childhood, among other things, has a great influence on my current life. So I began the path of personality \"development\".<\/p>\n
My coaching method is of course essentially shaped by my training as a Greator Coach, in Human Design & in Ayurveda - but also to a large extent by my own personal experiences & insights.<\/p>\n
