The four DISG behavioural dimensions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

As you may know, there are basically four personality dimensions, colored as follows: Red (dominant<\/a>), yellow (influencing<\/a>), green (steady<\/a>) and blue (cautious<\/a>). Your color family will be defined by the most intense dimensions in your Behavioral patterns<\/strong> ...is determined. Depending on your pattern, you have one dominant dimension, two dominant dimensions, or three dominant dimensions. Because no human being can be pigeonholed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As mentioned at the outset, we are all very different individuals to whom four behavioural dimensions alone would not do justice. Therefore the DISC model<\/strong> much more profound and distinguishes 20 personality types<\/a>. The four dimensions (dominant, steady, conscientious, proactive) can also exist side by side! They complement each other and in this way form new constellations. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

A dominant dimension: what does that mean?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
