I am a health coach for managers and the self-employed. Many of them understandably struggle to juggle everything and efficiently combine all the components for their health. This often has dire consequences: Fear of illness, high stress levels, sleep problems, etc. At my health center or digitally, I guide them as a coach by their side to prevent illness, develop mental fitness and resilience and increase their quality of life. For many of my clients, this is a real game changer for their health and retirement planning in a holistic package. 𝗘𝗶𝗻 𝗽𝗮𝗮𝗿 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝘇𝘂 𝗺𝗶𝗿: - My otherwise North German discipline turns into Mexican looseness when dancing bachata. Now I combine Mexican looseness and joie de vivre with North German discipline and structure. - I am an absolute quote freak. I've even created a written book about it. It's sacred to me!
