It all started on a small stage in Cologne. In 2012, bestselling author, speaker and coach Dr. Stefan Frädrich had a vision: He wanted to provide the world with extraordinary inspiration and unite the best speakers in the country on one platform. Starting with speaker events, he founded a company still under the name GEDANKENtanken, which has already been enabling people to come into their own power for 8 years. With the successful entrepreneur and visionary Alexander Müller, he got active support in 2015. A lot has happened since then.

After more than 50 incredible personal development events with over 100,000 visitors, we have now increasingly developed into an online coaching platform. With intensive coaching programs, we guide you on the most important life topics. Today, we are the largest trainer of coaches as well as speakers in the German-speaking world with over 7,000 participants.
