I am a professor in the field of human resources management and have specialized in leadership and executive coaching. After countless lectures and seminars, I have learned that the very first step towards becoming a good leader is self-leadership. Since then, I have continuously improved my skills in the areas of seminar management, coaching and speaking. After attending Dieter Lange's three TETA seminars, I had the feeling that I had learned something new, but the finishing touches were still missing.
