I am a coach with all my heart. In the past, it was important to me to perform at my best in order to please others. I went straight down the path that was expected of me. That was the case until my daughter was born. Then I suddenly realized that I was only living my life for others and not at all according to my wishes. So I began my journey to my true self to show my daughter what is possible. I got to know myself, my values and my desires better and better and worked through many childhood issues, especially developmental traumas. I am now living my dream by helping other people to recognize and live their potential. Every coaching session is different, I can always learn something new myself and I find it incredibly moving to follow the development of my coachees. My most important values are joy, versatility, family, nature & inspiration
