Thanks to my many years of management experience, I have experienced many situations myself and can put myself in the shoes of my coachees very well. Thanks to my experience as a management developer, I also have a broad toolbox from which I can draw. I incorporate this experience into my coaching in order to develop a practical and feasible solution. It is always important to me that the focus is changed and the ability to act is regained. My aim is to deal with the issue in a maximum of 1-2 sessions. Then a solution must have been found.
