If you're looking for a quick weight loss trick or believe that 20 years can be reversed in 4 weeks, you've come to the wrong place. We believe in sustainable change - not crash diets.

I've never really done any sport. Am I too unathletic?

On the contrary - you've come to the right place! Many of our participants were complete beginners. You learn everything from scratch without having to break bad habits. We start very gently.

Am I too old for this at 50+?

No way! NOW works so well for people 50+ precisely because we understand that your body has changed. Hormones, metabolism, regeneration - everything works differently than it used to. Instead of ignoring this (like other programs), we work with it. Kate herself experienced her biggest transformation at 40+, and Detlef also knows that the best changes happen when you finally understand what your body really needs.

What if I fail again, as with all the diets before?

This is the most common concern - and completely justified! But NOW is not a diet. It is a loving new beginning. You don't get a list of bans, but learn new habits. And you have us to guide you. You are not alone.

I have so little time. Can I manage this alongside my family and job?

Do I need special devices or apps?

No, nothing at all. All you need is a device with internet. Your body weight and maybe two water bottles are enough for the workouts. Everything else is optional.

How do the live Q&A sessions work?

Once a month, Detlef and Kate are there live for you and the other participants - via Zoom. You talk to them directly, ask your questions and get honest answers straight away. You can ask questions spontaneously or submit them in advance. A real, personal exchange.

What happens after the 6 months?

Then you are living your new life! You know your routines, understand your body and have a community that supports you. You no longer need us - but you are welcome to stay.
