"Mirror, mirror on the wall, who is the toughest here in the land?" Through my violent formative childhood, I quickly learned to dissociate myself from my feelings. My life was full of dramas, strokes of fate, chronic illnesses and fears. At work I was characterized by pressure, performance, perfectionism and always a little bit more. I had built up a wall and role until they broke. For a few years I have been working on myself emotionally and spiritually and everything in my life has changed! I have changed from the victim role to the creating role. I can finally be ME and live and enjoy my light and carefree life! And I do that from the bottom of my heart! "Courage is fear plus one step", I have learned.
