I have always been fascinated by communication. It was clear to me very early on that language is more than just a means of exchange, it is the key to connecting people, resolving conflicts and bringing about change.

That's why I studied law, with the aim of later contributing to more peace in the world as a diplomat. But in the courtroom, I quickly realized that it's not about understanding, but about conflict, mistrust and self-interest. I wanted a different path.

I have been training managers, politicians and teams at BMW, SAP, Pro7, Deutsche Bahn and Allianz since 2008. I have already reached millions of people on stages such as Greator and TEDx, in 11 books (including 3 SPIEGEL bestsellers) and with my Argumentation Academy. My concept of the „5 roles of a leader“, developed between 2012 and 2020, is now even taught at US universities.

What are the differences to other leadership training courses?
Other management ”training courses” usually last 2 to 3 days and therefore deal with everything very superficially. “In there, and out there.” As we know that a significant change in your personality can only be achieved with a lot of practice and practical application, our training lasts at least 6 months. We take a lot of time so that you actually internalize what you have learned and develop the routine to apply it.
