We work with what matters most to people—their goals, their identity, and their lives. This commits us to clear standards: for our methods, our coaches, our communication, and our boundaries. This page details how we implement and monitor these standards.

01 — COACHING EXPERTS
Expert Qualifications & Selection
Those who provide training at Greator didn’t develop their approach in a seminar room. Our coaches have decades of experience, have completed several training programs themselves, and are constantly furthering their own education. That is the standard by which we measure ourselves.
Our Quality Principle: Proven Results, Not Just Paperwork
In a market where anyone can become a „certified coach" by attending a weekend seminar, a purely formal certificate would not be a guarantee of quality. Instead, we rely on a different selection principle: Anyone who trains at Greator has publicly demonstrated their expertise—through books, public speaking, corporate work, thousands of people they’ve coached, and verifiable results.
Criterion 01
Many years of practical experience
At least 10 years of active experience in the relevant field, not as an instructor but as a practitioner with real-world market feedback.
Criterion 02
Verifiable Reach & Impact
Published books, documented coaching successes, startups, or clinical/academic degrees in the field.
Criterion 03
Ethical Compliance
All coaches adhere to our code of ethics: no promises of a cure, No manipulation; clear boundaries with the therapeutic field.
What We Explicitly Do Not Do
We do not hire coaches who are qualified solely by a short certification program and lack their own verifiable practical experience.
We conduct internal program reviews, systematically collect participant feedback after each module, and use this data to continuously improve the curricula.
02 — PROGRAMS
Program Quality & Learning Architecture
Our programs vary in scope, pace, and format, depending on each person’s goals and the amount of time they have available. What all programs have in common:
Clear module structure: Each program is divided into sections that build on one another; it is not a collection of unrelated courses.
Live Q&A Sessions with experienced coaches
Video lessons for flexible self-study
Digital Workbooks For structured reflection and implementation
Exclusive Community with access to an active network
Defined-benefit plan with a documented certificate
You can find more information about the module structure, number of hours, and format details on the respective program page.
03 — METHOD
Methodological Foundations
Effective training programs follow proven principles. We design our programs based on what learning research and decades of practical experience have shown to be effective:
Repetition
Repetition beats one-time inspiration.
Community
Community helps embed change more deeply than learning on your own.
Application
Practical application trumps abstract knowledge.
Accompaniment
Mentoring combines learning, hands-on experience, and community.
That is why our programs combine learning, hands-on experience, community, and support—not as add-ons, but as core elements.
04 — Coaching vs. Therapy
The Limits of Coaching: What Greator Is Not
Coaching and personal development can make a big difference. But they have clear limits, and we communicate these openly because that is part of protecting our participants.
What Coaching Can Do
Clarify and Define Objectives
Reflecting on Beliefs and Thought Patterns
Changing Behavior and Communication
Strengthening Self-Efficacy and Clarity
Career Development and Positioning
Building Resilience in Everyday Life
What Coaching Cannot Replace
Psychotherapy or psychiatric treatment
Trauma Therapy (EMDR, Trauma-Focused CBT)
Crisis Intervention in Cases of Acute Psychological Distress
Medical or pharmacological treatment
Addiction Treatment
Depth Psychological Processes
Contraindications: When We Recommend Seeking Other Support
We recommend that you first seek professional therapeutic support before participating in one of our programs if you are currently experiencing any of the following situations:
Acute depressive episode
Treatment for Anxiety Disorders or Panic Attacks
Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
Eating disorders
Addictive disorders
Current psychiatric diagnosis
That doesn't mean that people with a history of such issues are excluded. Many alumni have gone through such phases. It means that the right timing and the right sequence of support are what matter.
05 — ETHICS
Code of Ethics & Standards of Conduct
We adhere to the ethical principles of the major international coaching associations. The following principles are binding for all Greator coaches and staff members in their interactions with participants.
Confidentiality
All personal information shared by participants as part of programs, coaching sessions, or community activities will be treated confidentially. Such information will only be disclosed with explicit consent or when required by law (e.g., to report a potential danger).
Voluntary Participation and Consent
Every exercise, every process, and every intervention is based on the participants’ voluntary consent. No one is required to make personal disclosures, perform physical exercises, or engage in emotional processes.
No dual roles
Coaches do not enter into personal or romantic relationships with active participants. Conflicts of interest are disclosed and, if necessary, resolved by transferring the case to other coaches.
Transparency Regarding Methods
Participants have the right to know which methods are used and what principles they are based on. We reject techniques that rely on psychological manipulation, the creation of dependency, or the exploitation of emotional vulnerability.
No Promises of Salvation
We do not guarantee specific life changes, income levels, or cures. Personal growth is a process: we support it, but we cannot guarantee it.
06 — CERTIFICATE
What a Greator Certificate Is Really Worth
A Greator certificate attests to structured training with a defined curriculum, documented practical and classroom hours, and the successful completion of an exam. It attests to structured training with one of the best-known continuing education providers in the German-speaking world, featuring well-known coaches and transparent course content.
Many employers, clients, and business partners recognize Greator certifications as proof of quality. Especially in the field of independent coaching and personal development, Greator is considered one of the most established names in the market.
Who Should Choose Greator
Personal development
Many of our participants don’t want to build a coaching business at all. They want to understand how they think, make decisions, and act—and to consciously change that. Not to coach others, but to make their own lives clearer, more self-determined, and more fulfilling. What you learn in a coaching training program, you first apply to yourself.
Independent Coaches
Those who want to combine structured training with direct business development and customer acquisition support—not just course content.
HR, Leadership & Employee Development
Those who want to demonstrably improve their communication and coaching skills without needing an academic degree.
Entrepreneurs & Solopreneurs
Want to combine personal development, business skills, and community into one learning journey, with a genuine peer network?.
