For more than twenty years I have been an executive in a medium-sized company and have a lot of responsibility. I made a conscious decision to complete a life coach training. Deep down, I knew that there was more to me than numbers, analyses and facts. I felt comfortable here, but at one time or another I was personally at a standstill and knew that there was much more to my personal development and that it would give me a greater sense of well-being.
I can say today that my own taken coaching sessions as well as the training have brought me a lot on the way to myself.
In this way, I combine a high degree of responsibility, a view of business issues and my inclusive understanding of leadership with what actually constitutes motivation: empathy, feeling, simply being human and appreciative, and a different view of myself.
