I approach my coachees with empathy, appreciation, and genuine presence. Through active listening and my keen perception, I create a space where people feel seen, heard, and understood. In coaching, I let my intuition guide me and combine it with clarity and structure. I see myself as a mirror: I help people become more aware of their own thoughts, feelings, and potential. For I am convinced that the answers to the most important questions already lie within each person. At the same time, I want to be like a lighthouse for my coachees—a point of reference in times of change. Not to dictate the path, but to remind them of what is already within them and to instill confidence in their own journey.
