I don’t see coaching as telling you what to do. I want to ask you the right questions—sometimes simple, sometimes uncomfortable—and help you find your own answers. My goal is clarity: Where do you stand today? What do you really want? What might be holding you back? And what’s the next step that will actually move you forward? My coaching style is direct, respectful, and practical. I listen, ask follow-up questions, reflect, and challenge assumptions—not to provide ready-made solutions, but to open up new perspectives. Because I’m convinced that the most lasting answers are usually not the ones we get from others; they’re the ones we discover for ourselves.
