Last year, I had the privilege of participating in the Greator coaching training program—a clear, honest, and at the same time deeply liberating journey of self-discovery. This training was a life lesson for me.

I’ve been doing the Greator Life Coach program for 2.5 months now, and I’m thrilled with it from start to finish. It took me a few days to get my bearings on the platform, and I got to practice putting myself out there, contributing, and becoming visible. Now that I’ve cleared that hurdle, the training has been a true gift! It’s the greatest gift I’ve ever given myself—it feels so good and brings me completely back to myself! Christina and Walter take great care to ensure that this training isn’t just another item on my to-do list or a source of stress in my life—and thanks to their help and reminders, I’ve been able to fully succeed in that! The meditations are truly life-changing, and thanks to the videos, things often click into place! The “Lying Eight” is primarily about our emotions. I’ve been passionately engaged in personal development and psychology for over 20 years. However, there were often moments when I understood something on a purely cognitive level, but my emotions spoke a completely different language. I knew why I was angry. Still, I didn’t know what to do with that feeling. Thanks to this training, that bridge is finally there. I have much greater access to my emotions again and can be even more authentic and loving toward myself. I no longer have to push them away out of fear; instead, I’m learning to embrace them. And this has given rise to an attitude toward life that I wouldn’t want to be without!!!
Through the community, I’m also getting to know so many wonderful people right now. Gone are the days when I felt like I was alone in my desire to make the most of my life. I used to only find others in podcasts and on YouTube. Now I’m getting to know more and more genuine, lovable, open-minded, and mindful people, and it’s simply a blessing.

I searched for a long time for a training program that would perfectly complement my independence in a holistic sense, and I found exactly what I was looking for at GREATOR with the Life Coach program.
Christina and Walter’s knowledge is incredibly vast, and you can really take a lot away from it for yourself and, especially, for your future clients.
The “Lying Eight” method offers an intensive and empathetic approach to lovingly release stuck blockages and positively transform the initial situation.
The only major downside for Austria is that our (not-so-)beloved government doesn’t recognize this training, which means it can’t be practiced as part of a self-employed business under the “Life and Social Counselor” trade classification—which is a real shame, since, in my opinion, absolutely no other training program in Austria even comes close to this one.
Even though I’m not allowed to coach here with this training, it still enriches the rest of my work in many ways, and for that reason alone, it was totally worth it for me.

The Greator Life Coach Training Program is absolutely fantastic—not only in terms of content but also in terms of structure. The course material is superbly organized, follows a clear logic, and is absolutely engaging. The way the coaching methods and techniques are taught is also excellent. It’s a great mix of "learning" content, meditations, and exercises. There are great opportunities to interact with Greator and other training participants. I’ve rarely learned so much about myself, tried so many new things, and stepped further and further out of my comfort zone. I’ve learned to give my feelings space, to let them be there, and to feel them fully. Uncovering old beliefs, dissolving emotional blocks, connecting with my inner child, and making new decisions are just a few of the wonderful gifts I’ve been able to give myself through this training. And being able to pass all of this on as a coach is a truly wonderful feeling. Completing this training program was one of the best decisions of my life!

Great program, amazing opportunities—but only for those who can afford to pay or secure financing for training programs costing between 10,000 and 34,000 euros.
Talented individuals who want to apply just to prove their skills right off the bat won’t be able to.
You can only participate in Speaker Night if you accept the terms and conditions of the training program. It’s a shame, because I think Greator offers unique opportunities.

MomentumMastery: Your sneak preview into the program
Module 1: Francisco explains life to you
Even if the name of this module sounds a bit preachy to you at first, go for it. Francisco tells you about his journey and what he did to get to where he is today. And also exactly how he did it. You'll be able to draw your own lessons from it - I promise.
We will first look at the rules and hurdles that exist for you in this program and in life. We will look at how our work and private lives are affected by them. It's about understanding what really matters and what we should pay attention to.
Module 2: Identity - Who are you really?
It all starts with you. That's why we first create clarity around you. Because as long as there is no clarity on the inside, it will not be possible to create clarity on the outside - i.e. in what you have defined as your goal or future.
We will focus on finding out who you really are and who you would like to be. We will look at where your biggest stumbling blocks have been and why you keep tripping over them. We will also look at what you think about the important issues in life and why your current mindset may be getting in the way of you achieving your goals.
Module 3: Vision & Mission
What are you here for and how do you get what you want with all your heart? What do you really want? Or even better: what do you "really really" want? This is where we come closer to our common goal - to back up your change and growth with substance.
In this module, the focus is on how you can discover your own personal goals. It's time to stop pursuing the goals of others - now it's your turn! We'll also talk about why the journey itself can be the goal. And we'll look at what makes you special and how you can use your uniqueness to your advantage without harming others.
Module 4: Values, needs, emotions, fears
Deepening, manifesting and integrating - Far too often you have learned things that have not stuck. But why?
We will look at what "constant" means in life and why consistency in the pursuit of your goals can change everything. We will also talk about how you can recognize early on that you are losing your way and how you can steer back in the right direction. It's also about understanding that everything starts in your head - with your thoughts. Learning how to control your thoughts and use them to your advantage is incredibly valuable.
Module 5: Goals - The battle plan for life
In the end, everything you consume is only as good as the steps you take to put it into practice. Small steps are enough. This time we'll do it together. Because that's what you're here for.
We will look at what you can do when thoughts of failure arise - giving up is not an option. We'll also talk about the goals you set for yourself at the start of the program and how you can refine them based on your initial experiences. We'll also look at how to create a plan that will really take you forward and not just remain a passing thought. As a bonus, we'll look at what can actually stop you if your goals are truly in line with your heart's goals.
Module 6: Emotional anchoring - setting off on an adventure
The roughest part is behind you. Now let's make sure you don't stray from the path. You've set off, implemented the first things and achieved success. But what happens when you're on your own again tomorrow?
In this module, we will look at how you can ensure that you continue to grow after the program. We will look at which behaviors are particularly important in your everyday life now in order to promote growth. We will also discuss how you can refer back to what you have discussed and learned anytime and anywhere. We will also look at what your next steps could be to continue to build momentum and drive your development forward.
BONUS Module: Relationships & Love
Who are you in relation to others? Who are you in relation to other people? In this module, learn to consciously create fulfilling relationships with other people.
No matter what situation you find yourself in, you've come to the right place. Are you single? Perfect, because with this new basis you will be able to learn a lot about yourself and your relationships with others. Or are you in a relationship? Also great, because have you ever heard of a really fulfilling relationship? Here you'll get the tools you need to take your relationship to the next level.
Momentum Coach
Module 7: Become your own coach
The purpose of this module is for you to put together your own bouquet of different methods to create your own unique coaching technique.
We will look at what it takes to coach both yourself and others effectively. We will look at what tools and techniques you can use immediately to make progress and bring about positive change in both your personal and professional life as a coach.
Module 8: Mission meets success
How do you become a successful coach? How do you get your message across so that it brings the best possible benefit for your clients? This module is designed to help you build a business, whether as a keynote speaker, in seminars or in individual coaching. Be ready for an exciting time full of opportunities and success.
We will look at the first steps you can actively take in your business to get started successfully. We will look at specific exercises and distinctions that will enable you to make the right decisions for your business in the long term. We'll also talk about what support you need and who you should have by your side to take your business to the next level. This can help you build a solid foundation for the success and growth of your business.
Module 9: Your path to positioning
What do you want? What can you do? What does the market need? What is it that you would like to earn money with? We often have an oversupply of options in our heads - we want to do everything and get bogged down - the greater your skills are, the more you should focus on your core area: What problem are you solving for whom and what pain are you avoiding? What products do you currently offer? Master your positioning in this module and find out what your USP is.
We will focus on identifying your unique selling point as a coach. This includes finding your specific topic and your positioning in the market. We will also look at how you can position yourself credibly and authentically in the market. This is crucial to building trust with your potential clients. In addition, we will discuss strategies to effectively identify your target audience so that you can target your marketing efforts efficiently.
BONUS Module: High Performance & Financial Abundance
How much can you take for your services? Isn't it cheeky to get paid for supporting other people? People have opinions about everything. Even about money. Most of the time, our beliefs about money come from childhood and are based on how our parents dealt with money. "Money is a necessary evil", "Money corrupts character", "There's never enough". Do you know these phrases? Examine your relationship with money in this bonus module and go for financial abundance from now on.
We will look at how you can transform your attitude towards money. Specifically, we will look at the connection between money and self-worth and discuss how your opinion of yourself may be holding you back from claiming what you truly deserve. In addition, we will go through exercises and distinctions designed to empower you to achieve lasting financial abundance. These tools are designed to help you overcome blocks and develop a healthy, enriching relationship with money.
