When does the Greator Festival take place?
The 2026 festival will take place on June 26-27, 2026 in Cologne Europe's largest event for personal development with over 10,000 participants. Your performance will be on one of the popular outdoor stages - live in front of several hundred spectators.
How much does the TheKey stage package cost?
TheKey stage package is a premium training course over 9 months, including regular 1:1 coaching sessions with top experts and a wealth of high-quality content. It is a long-term investment in your visibility - with various financing options, which we will discuss individually in a personal meeting.
How does an application work?
After your online application, you will first have an initial interview with our team. If everything fits, an in-depth interview and your application video will follow. This will be reviewed by the speaker panel. If you are accepted, you are officially part of the program and will be able to perform on the Greator stage in 2026.
Will I receive a certificate?
Yes, after passing the Speaking Exam you will receive official certification as a Greator Speaker - your seal of quality for the stage.

How much time do I need to invest?
Schedule around 3-5 hours per week: for lessons, exercises and developing your keynote. The 1:1 coaching sessions take place flexibly according to your schedule.
What happens if I don't pass the Speaking Exam?
The Speaking Exam is your proof of quality for stage readiness. If you don't pass on your first attempt, you will receive additional coaching and a second exam date - at no extra cost.
