My coaching services are aimed in particular at managing directors, HR managers and executives in SMEs and start-ups who want to develop themselves and their employees personally and professionally and integrate an authentic & employee-centered leadership culture in the company. In addition to systemic professional & business coaching, the integration of the "Big Five for Life Principles" into the professional and personal lives of employees is particularly important to me. My mission is to make a sustainable contribution to the development of people and organizations and to support companies in making their structures and culture fit for the future.
