What time does the event start?

Admission starts at 8:30 am. The event starts at 10:00 am and is expected to end at 5:00 pm. Please be there before 10:00 am and plan some time for check-in so that we can start together at 10:00 am.

What should I bring to the workshop?

Swimwear
Towel or bathrobe
Flip-flops or other bathing shoes
Comfortable clothing
Sweater or hoodie and sweatpants (to stay warm after the ice bath)
Hood/cap
Pen and paper for notes

Will the event be held in English?

Although Wim Hof is a multilingual talent, he himself will be holding the event in English. 

If you feel more comfortable with German, there is an option to book a translation device when you buy your ticket. 

The staff at the event and all other Wim Hof instructors on site speak German and English.
