In a coaching session, you are the most important person in the room. I devote all my attention and time to you. I myself have been through great pain, anger and fear as well as traumatic experiences that have been split off for a long time. I can support you from my own experience to heal and to come back into your peace and thus also into your full power. I see you. I perceive you behind the façade and the various roles you have had to take on in the course of your life. I do not evaluate or judge you as my coachee.
