Michael is considered one of the most renowned rhetoric experts in the German-speaking world. 

As a communication and management coach, he has been training public figures such as top managers and professional athletes in rhetoric, personal branding and appearance for three decades. 

His first bestseller came in 2014 with his book "Der Fisch stinkt vom Kopf. In 2018, he followed up with "Rhetorik - die Kunst der Rede im digitalen Zeitalter" (Rhetoric - the Art of Speech in the Digital Age). In the meantime, this book is considered a standard work of rhetoric.

Michael has analyzed the major TV duels (Trielle) in politics for WDR, NTV and BILD, among others, and is a regular expert for ARD, ZDF, Focus-Online, BR, NDR, Radio Gong, R.SH, WirtschaftsWoche, stern and many other media.
