Emily is a theater actress and was employed on Broadway for more than 10 years, among other roles. After her acting career, Emily trained as a meditation teacher. This training completely changed her life. She experienced an emotional and physical Changewith which she was able to noticeably improve her quality of life. 

Since then, Emily has been coaching with her Ziva Meditation Method. Her clients include Oscar winners, NBA players and successful entrepreneurs. In addition, Emily also offers her services to entire companies. She has already been able to teach the Ziva Meditation Method in large companies and organizations such as Google, Viacom or the Harvard Business School.
