Which values do you already live by and which ones do you absolutely want to bring into your life?

Every strength, every weakness, every success and every mistake you have made - they have all shaped you and made you the person you are today. We've put together a list of questions for you to guide you through the journey to your Self.

How to find your strengths

If you can't answer the question "What are my greatest strengths?" out of the blue, then approach it slowly. First of all, think about the successes you have celebrated so far. What do colleagues or friends praise you for? And in which situations do you notice yourself doing better than others?

Face your weaknesses

Simply stating outright what your greatest weakness is is a difficult matter, especially from a psychological point of view. Often we see weaknesses in ourselves that in truth do not exist at all or that our fellow human beings even see as strengths. The other extreme is the fading out of weaknesses. Sure, you should always focus on the positive. But your weak points also belong to you and only when you become aware of them can you work on them and understand where they might be holding you back.

So think about the situations in which you have had to accept defeat. What have you often been criticized for? In which moments would you have liked to have acted differently? What characteristic do you dislike about yourself?
